Meet the CEO
My Story
I am Dione Tanaka. My passion for helping, encouraging, and supporting people with their careers began while I was at the University of Portsmouth. During my placement year, I worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at IBM, where I gained hands-on experience in talent acquisition and candidate management.
In my final year at university, I also worked as part of the Employability Services team for the Business School as a Placement Assistant. In this role, I supported students from Year 1 through to Master’s level with CV reviews, mock interviews, assessment centres, summer internships, placements, and graduate job preparation.
I later worked as a Recruitment Manager at Capgemini, where I recruited over 300 early careers candidates and facilitated over 100 assessment centres across consulting, marketing, and other professional roles.
After that, I worked at PwC for three years as a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, interviewing over 100 students for roles across Technology, Audit, Actuarial, Legal, Consulting, and more.
Today, I work at AMS as an Early Careers Recruiter, continuing to interview and support candidates for PwC client roles across similar career pathways.
My mission is clear: to unlock your full potential and position you for opportunities that align seamlessly with your ambition and identity. I don't just prepare you for the next role; I position you for long-term success.

The most valuable aspect of her support was the interview question tips which I continue to use to this day. Additionally, the mock interviews enabled me to refine my responses.
Dione’s support significantly boosted my confidence in answering interview questions. For instance, she identified six key interview questions that are consistently asked and I now confidently answer each without hesitation.
What I found most valuable was how encouraging your advice was it improved both my confidence and how I presented my experiences. I felt much more prepared going into the process and it definitely helped me approach interviews and assessments centres differently!
