Dione helped me tailor my CV so that it was more in line with the job specification/description. Dione also organised a few mock interviews in preparation for my real interview. During these sessions, she walked me through exactly what recruiters are looking for during the interview stage, as well as how to properly structure my answers in a clear and succinct manner. Additionally, Dione also showed me ways in which I can display more of my personality within interviews such as including fun facts about myself.

Dione supported me throughout my job application process for my placement year during university. Initially I applied myself but each application resulted in a rejection which demotivated me.
